Complaint
I have bee trying to pay my overdue balance by email. My credit card number and my user ID are correct. I have forgotten my Password and, since you give the choice to click on "forgot your password?" I used another temporary password. However you take me back to the same previous screen. Please contact us because the telephone I have tried do not answer. Its possible I dialed the wron numners? Please help me by email to settle the balance. I want to pay as soon as possible.
