Totally negative experience dealing with the staff there. Rude, unhelpful and uncaring. Go to another agent. Any other agent. Never has a company made me feel so dismissed. Even go with another carrier, progressive seems much more customer friendly. They didn't add rental insurance to my policy, apparently you have to ask for it. So after my, ouch, $1000 deductible, I had to shell out $400 on a rental car. And they keep giving me the same line, there is nothing they can do after the fact. Ok I get it, could you at least apologize for the oversight on my policy? offer to add it going forward? anything customer service related? And this is after leaving two message that went unreturned. Be warned.
