rude customer service
When I called for a certain person. They kindly told me they were not in and then weent on to say if I were a bill collater not to be calling. I understand this is a promblem but the person was very rude the way he said it. As I was saying no I wasn't and went to ask for the store manager he hangs up on me. I did not talk to a manger about this just to ask some questions about yalls store but I thought it was very rude to hang up on a custermer he asked me weather I was or not at the beginnin of the converstation.
