Amazing
Recently rented out if this office and was very happy with the service. The agent offered me the car I had reserved, a free upgrade and two options which were so cheap I had to get the convertible. When I returned, one of the managers was taking care if customers returning. He even helped load our things into the taxi taking us to port. His name was Joseph or Jose, something like that, real nice guy. I will be using Alamo again next year for my vacation.
