POOR customer service after payment is made.
Had and paid for work in mid November. People were as nice as could be until after work was done and bill was paid. At that point customer service went out the window. Dentures don't fit right and are still painful after 2 mos. And if you have insurance Don't lose the paperwork. They will NOT give you another copy. Calling the franchise "Customer Service" department is a waste of time. They also don't care. Take a few hours to read reviews before you go into ANY of their offices. The net is LOADED with bad reviews. Wish I had thought to read some before I made the mistake of going there.
