Disappointing
I always enjoyed the personalized customer service in the commercials. Those employees that came to someone's service. But, today I do not feel that way. My car suddenly stalled in front of this store, blocking traffic. I saw an employee coming from the side, looked at me and went inside the store. Plus, other employees in the parking lot. But, the only one that came to my aid was two people on their way to church. They helped me get my car to safety, thankfully. Advance Auto is no customer service what so ever. Or I guess you have to be inside the store or in their parking lot.
