Lousy Customer Service
There seem to be a shortage of Sales people who are usually busy re-stocking or helping someone. One salesperson for 6 to 8 people? How ridicules! When the phone rings, someone comes out from the stock room area and answers the phone and ignore those that are standing in line waiting to make a purchase or needing help...Auto Zone is a little further away, but it is worth the travel distance than to be ignored by the people that work at this store. I assume not all Advance Auto Parts Stores are like this one in Greenacres.
