The store rep Paul exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and the expert presentation he made to be sure I was familiar with the equipment I purchased and above all that I operated these items with a safety first attitude, He made sure I did not leave without showing him the skills I had just learned to operate this equiipment safely. He explained in detail the process to care for my equipment so I would have many years of safe use.
