Brought our kid's here today to get out of rain and play at the peter piper on bell and grand . We had the worst customer service ever!! Most of the games were broken and there was nobody around to help. We will never be back here again!
Simply put, the manager is obviously not supportive of customer request to make experience better. All I wanted was the SAP removed from the TV so we could better view the Superbowl. He would not even make effort and was actually kinda indifferent/rude. Nobody else was even watching game so why not make the effort? Lazy, indifferent or maybe he just didn't like football?
