Church's Chicken Customer Service

I went to a churches chicken in McAllen on 10th street and it was gatcho and the chicken was burned and over cooked

I hate going to churchs chicken on 1713 north sunshine strip the old man bald headed manager is always yelling at the employees I don't enjoy my meal he needs a good training ..

Don't ever go to church's in Ruston, Louisiana. You will wait forever, it's always dirty.

If you want to be ignored, and pay to only have someone be rude. The go to the Church's in Chickasaw Al. It was the manager. I can only imagine how the employees get treated if the customers are treated that way.

Amazing manager

Went to store in Lubbock tx Quaker ave location. At 7pm and had to wait 15 min for chicken along with several other customers. Store was not clean..floor dirty, no eye contact with cashier and seem to be disappointed when we chose to wait for chicken. Customer had to notify of leaking soda machine with water on the floor.did not clean up and only put sign up. Chicken was good

I had the opportunity of visiting one of your outlets today at around 7.30 pm and had an disappointing experience.

I visit the same out let every Tuesday to take the 4.99/- offer of 10 pieces and today went home to find only 6 pieces instead of 10. Since I love Church's chicken and the distance to the outlet is around 8 miles from home - I normally buy on the way back from work on Tuesdays.

I have retained the bill for your scrutiny in case you wish to take stock of this situation.
