Where is all your merchandise? The store looks empty or is that because of the new look. There seems to be less of everything and none of some things. What happened?

Rude Mgrs

I have been treated like a second rate customer 3 times since Dec. 2013. I have written checks for years in the Cherry Lane and Bryant Irving store. Now they say they wont take my check which I have had the same account for 10 years and have written numerous checks for years and now they say no because of some security reason. Please!!! The mgrs. in these stores are a joke.

Poor Service

Academy has gone downhill since KKR has taken over. They have no clue about customer service. Now there is a bunch of rude lazy managers and associates who could care less. What a complete disaster. The store is Mesquite is so filthy. Everything looks old and merchandise looks used. Shelves are not stocked properly and managers hide out. Average age of employees is 18 & ghetto.
