refused used oil and went to valvaline. they accepted the used oil. i have been a customer of firestone for years this was at the poughkeepsie office

After spending $2,000.00 the problem was never repaired, and the car was covered in grease fingerprints everytime after five attempts. They just keep selling you new items that never need replacing...save your time and money..go somewhere else.

I had a decent response on the phone.
