Poor Customer Service
My Car broke down on the lot. Ask middle eastern lady with dark hair in ponytail if she could call a Cab for me. She shouted No! I asked if she was serious and she started yelling at me. I asked her not to yell at me and what was the big deal to call me a cab and was told she said No, end of conversation. I will take my business across the street to 6112a Franconia Rd, where they are always pleasant. I hope she never need an extra helping hand.
