Retro Fitness Customer Service

I have been emailing and calling for months to terminate my acct... i am getting no responses.. i am not sure what to do at this point

It's impossible to cancel your membership. I can't get a hold of anyone.

I'm been calling the place for the last two week and i when there 4 times to see a management because i want to cancel my members.and all the time there is no management there ...i call the principal office and no answer too

Retro fitness is a great gym for $20 a month. The facility is clean, the machines are new, and it's not overcrowded. It's not trashy like a lot of other discount gyms- noone is playing music from their cell phone speakers, people wipe down their equipment after using it, and no fights have broken out here. The clientele are friendly and mostly attractive but it's not a judgmental environment, everyone is doing their own thing.
