The Food at Boston Market is Gross and discusting !!..everything is cold and tasteless !!..and their prices are too high !!..do yourself a favor and stay far clear of BOSTON MARKET !!!
I want to let HQ know that you have 2 great female employees at the Van Nuys, CA location. I saw the most outstanding demostration of kindness and customer service that is not seen often. 3 blind individuals came in to eat and when their order was taken the cashier came around and walked them to a table, served them their drink and then when their food was brought over the server made sure she gave each of them their correct plate and put their hands on their plate and handed them their utensils. They were both so sweet and kind. It was amazed at their great people skills and they should be recognized for that. By the way, the food at this location is the best! No complaints here. My family loves it!
I watched Sarah Bitoff on Undercover Boss and thought I would find her listed online at the corporate level. I stopped going to Boston Market because the food is too salty. I told the last person there that I spoke with about the salt. He said they are working on it. Don't know if that is true but you need to let me put my own salt on my food. Nice show but I think Boston Market needs to get with the food program.
I really love Boston Market's Food product line, however something has gone wrong with your pot pies. This past year everytime I have purchase a pot pie, I've had to throw it away. Today I purchase a pot pie from the waters ave store. And again I had to throw it away. I asked the girl if it was fresh, she said yes. And it was nice and hot. But when I pealed back the top I notice that the chicken was just piled on top and the chicken was extra cooked and dry. It wasn't mixed in the sause. And some of the chicken was almost black. It seemed like there was only dark meat in the pie. It tasted really gamey, like deer. The flavor seems to be gone as well. Did something change? This has happen 3 times this year. Waters Ave. Seminole and MLK store. It's disapointing because first I wasted my money and second I really use to love you pot pies. Maybe you should have the use 1/2 dark meat and 1/2 white meat and mix it into the sauce. I really don't like to complain, but you pot pie was one of my top favorites. But it really tastes bad now. Hope you check into this Thank you for your time.
Are you aware and/or have you ever eaten your own mashed potatoes in the TV dinners? I mean to tell you, they are definitely chalk like. Is there a good reason for this or was it planned this way? Yuck!!!!!
I called twice into the corporate office to voice a concern about a time that I traveled quite a distance to purchase two meals. When I arrived I was told that the squash was not being served due to a bad crop. I felt that in as much as I had traveled that distance I should have been offered a drink, a discount, or something to show that my inconvience was appreciated. I was told that my concern would be turned over to corporate and that I would hear something but I never did. I always received emails about on-going specials but never anything about my concern. I left that day without either meal since I wanted squash on both.
I had food poisoning after having eaten at the Boston Market restaurant located at 1605 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729. I had a nasty diarrhea which ended up being a colitis ( an inflammation in the colon due to this poisoning) that later on took me to E.R as this bacteria lasted several days in my system. I contacted Boston Market customer service and complained about this problem and what reply or apology did I receive??. NOTHING. They didn't even care about what happened to me. BEWARE what you eat there because I used to eat everyday the same (quarter white chicken with macaroni cheese and mashed potatoes) and sometimes I had a mild diarrhea but nothing compared to what I went thru last time I ate there (12/14/2012).
I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AT THE MESQUITE TEXAS LOCATION FOR CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I GOT HTERE TO PICK UP THE FOOD I WAS TOLD ALL THEY HAVE IS TURKEY THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SERVE CHICKEN UNTIL THE TURKEY FROM YESTERDAY IS USED. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BOSTON MARKET FOR YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS TIL NOW, AND I WASNT TOLD UNTIL I GOT THERE TO PICK UP MY FOOD WHEN I ASK AS I WAS PLACING THE ORDER.
