Customer service
Today I purchased one dozen doughnuts from the location near food land , included we're two Krullers which were raw inside. I called the store and they said to bring the back and they would give me two more......first I had eaten half of the one and it certainly would not be efficient to drive all the way back from my home and get to doughnuts, and second The male on the phone was quite short with me and quite gruff. I am definitely not trying to get something free and I'm sure you don't care about one customer but thought I would let you know you have lost one. I also don't expect you to reply to this e mail as I am sure you get many if the store personnel answer the phone that way
