I don't understand why y'all charge the same for bone-in and boneless chicken when you get more boneless chicken. If you order boneless or bone-in you should get the same amount. I am very disappointed.

The site does not work properly and the store did not care and I tried for 3 days straight. The store did not care and had bad attitude.
I don't know what happened to the pizza but it gives me cramps. It never has done that before. Lays potato chips did that and they took out that ingredient.
I visited the High and 1st location as it is close to our home on a few occasions. Twice the person at the register ignored me and this last time my sub I ordered was cold, looked like a two year put it together and was just plain sloppy. The 6 piece wings I had were under cooked and cold as well. They also forgot my blue cheese cup. To make matters worse after I was handed my order the cashier suddenly walked in the back without saying a word. I waited several minutes to get my blue cheese dressing but no one ever came back. I used to love Donatos. I believe in giving company's a few chances because everyone has an off day but after 3 different mess ups with food and poor service I wont go back. I worked in food service and if I acted the way this store has to its customers and provided the level of food quality they have I would have been fired. Enough said. PATHETIC
In a location at high street a huge man, later found out to be the manger of the store is screaming at some one inside while i was ordering that i could not help but listen b4 i decided to go somewhere else, since he has no respect for his customers and his employees.
Food poisoning from my pizza. I'm an EMTB and the manager was acting like I didn't know what I wastalking about. Pretty sure I've had my fair share of poop and vomit to know. Thanks for resolving missing two days of work. You guys are HORRIBLE with customer service. Never going back.
So i ordered 6 hot wings at 8pm to be delivered from the Hamilton, Ohio high street location my girlfriend called at 8:45 the lady said they had left and were on the way. Since no one showed up i called back at 9:01 i had to tell them what my order was. It is 9:24pm no one still has showed up i really think this is unacceptable and will never be ordering from you guys again.
I am very unhappy with using the online ordering. Apparently, my order was lost in translation when it was received at the restaurant. Ordered (and paid extra) for blue cheese crumbs on my salad as well as extra blue cheese dressing. After picking up the order and returning back to work, my salad had no blue cheese crumbs whatsoever and they sent one blue cheese dressing and two apple vinagrette packets for the dressing. Will probably not return.

I visited donatos yesterday,which was the 6th of oct..I entered the store and no one said anything to me for 10 minutes.I started to leave the store when the lady finally said something to me but i had just got off work and was very hungry.It was at 630 pm and there was a lady at the register.While i was sitting there i listened to them greet everyone that entered.I will never visit that store again.
