The gentleman was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Offered other suggestions for me as well. Very satisfied.
When we were checking out this morning one of the current promotional bar codes for 500 additional points did not scan despite multiple attempts. We also entered it on the checkout screen but it kept not taking it. The store employee who came to assist seemed unsure of herself and the code itself, even though it's a major marketing promo they are running right now to get more people in the stores! She finally concluded that it "should" automatically apply which I knew from experience that it wouldn't. My guess is she was new but didn't want to call the manager over. Afterwards, I called customer service, who sent all my receipt info over to be reviewed by the Points team and handled it with professionalism and ease. Thanks guys
I have $18.00 on my rewards account. I can't log in to put it on my card to pay. Now I'm locked out of my account. I double and triple checked my email and password and they are correct. I shopped today and the scanner said I had ZERRO dollars. I'm done with you folks. I'll go back to Smiths and Walmart. Good Bye.
