i walked up to the counter no one acknowledged me for 5 to6 mins when someone did talk to me it would be 10 mins 20 mins later i waked out unfortunately this is not the first time this happen same thing happened to my daughter last week nice to have fun at work BUT
Cancelled my account in April of 2014. SunTan City still kept taking out $21.99 per month through October. I called and they did show it was cancelled in April, yet they still debted my account. They were supposed to debt back his $131.94. It's been 12 days and still have not seen it. I called again today and they said they just now processed it expect 3-5 more days. Customer service Representative accused me of letting someone else "borrow" my card to let them tan. Then accused me of not calling to cancel my account. Said there is no way to debt my money back. Really!
I have had to call customer service about 5 times in the past two years for one thing or another, and I have always received excellent service. They are always willing to resolves any issues I had with a smile in their voice!
I called to review my account and see how long was left on my contract, when the operator looked it up she said I still had 2 more months. I signed up in February for 6 months, she said I still had to pay through September. The operator was rude and disrespectful and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I asked to just cancel my account and pay the fee, she said if I did I wouldn't be able to tan for the rest of the month even though they just took my monthly payment out yesterday. Personally, this customer service is unacceptable and I lost definitely will not be returning or referring anyone!
Their customer service was awesome. They were very polite and didn't have a problem resolving the issue.
