cake instead of brownie

I was disappointed with the results of the brownies they came out like cake instead of brownies I followed the instructions to a T could you tell me what happened.

Great Service

I complained about chocolate that had bloomed (was discolored because it hadn't been stored properly) and affected the taste. I had no problem reaching a rep who said she'd send me a $5 coupon immediately.
