LA Fitness Customer Service

I called many times re the pool and hot tub problems at the LA fitness at 19128. Now when I call the 1-800 number, is simply get disconnected.

I attend the Downey Landing location of L.A. fitness, every Sunday morning at 6:10, 15-20 people stand outside in the cold because the opening employee cannot get there in time, (6:00 am), her name is unknown? About 4,9" brunette, and-drives a small silver car, if this continues I will take my 35 memberships (business) down the street to 24 hrs.

Also there is never any paper towels in the dispensers to wipe machines down, and locker rooms are filthy!

I am in Washington, DC and been trying to reach customer service. Either everyone is out to lunch or the phone is off the hook. I have some questions regarding your billing on my Visa credit card. Hopefully I will reach someone in the next few hours.

I go to water arobic classes & for three months now the pool has been out of order in speratic times but I go on Mondays ,Wednesdays & Fridays. I have not been able to go its frustrating, I pay my bill every month but I don't get to workout, each time I'm told the problem is the pool cleaning crew only comes three times a month and no other time in between, maybe I should be charged half price for my inconvenience, I'm looking for another gym!!

I've been going to the Studio City, CA 91604 location and never asked or cared if there was WiFi connection available to the members....and when I did, I was told No they don't. Why would you not offer WiFi to the paying members. Isn't it ridiculous? You guys are something else.

The men at the st. Petersburg, fl location would like to weigh themselves in the men's room. Is this too much to ask. The lifestyles fitness they just bought out next door had at least 3, can we have one in the boys room. Many other men share my feelings.

Brand New Facilities at Laurel MD LA Fitness Gym. However the facility is poorly managed. I called LA headquarters in California on two occaisions to talk to a customer service rep. Eacht time they said they would investigate my complaint and get back to me. Neither ever called or emailed me back. They seem like they could care less about what goes on.

I went into LA Fitness in McCandless Twp. PA to apply for a janitor position. I am a well dressed, well spoken, hardworking person who is, unfortunately, unemployed and actively seeking employment. I was treated so poorly by the person I was told to ask for (Chris), that I ended up not applying for the position. He was extremely rude and treated me like I was a piece of dirt. Too bad for them, I would have made sure the place was nice and clean for the deserving, paying customers.

Just a heads up, as I already belong to a health club that I love. My office is 1 block from a new location here in San Antonio, TX at Loop 410 and Blanco. As I drove to my office, one of your employees in your mobile home/preview center is standing outside the back door ( which faces a busy Blanco Rd) is smoking a cigarette: hardly the picture of health you want displayed! You may want to emphasize that to your sales staff and employees
