We made a purchase at their store in Concord, N.C. When we went to check out the cashier forced us to take what was supposed to be 3 free magazine subscriptions. We argued with him for over 10 minutes that we did not want their stupid magazines. Eventually we gave in. Now, they have charges us $11.99 for these magazines and it says this is going to be a recurring charge. We so ar have been unable to get any satisfaction from their customer service. I am about to contact my lawyer and sue there asses.

The stores in Pleasanton and San Jose don't exist at least not anymore you need to take them off of the location list

Their products are easy to access, but if you have a problem with something that is shipped, good luck!

FYE ....it seems you try hard not to speak to anyone in person. Very frustrating. I called 6 different phone numbers only to be put back thru a loop. I left messages on several. This is not customer service. I tried accessing your on line customerservice@fye.com using 4 different search engines...no luck.
