I have been trying to locate a watch band that fits the Movado watch I own. It isn't sold now, and the companies that sell Movado tell me to call the company. Right? No number has worked, and I have tried to locate one for two days that is answered by an employee. I gree. NO customer service of any quality whatsoever. The Movado group carries lot of brands, and I think that I might avoid all of them next time.
I have sent my Movado a total of four times to have my battery changed...Twice they said my crystal was chipped and made me pay for it. I had three people look at it befor it went out the last time and there was not a scratch...They are the ones that are busting the crystal when they are changing the $100.00 battery. Then they have me pay for a new crystal too!
I gave the watch to Gordon's in July and they sent it to Movado to be fixed. I paid shipping and todate NOTHING! SHAME ON MOVADO FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have called and called to see what's going on, they say the piece is on back order! YOU MAKE THE WATCH WHY DON'T YOU HAVE PARTS?????
