Hours may fluctuate
The staff are a bunch of liers and rude people. They would hide important information from you that you would discover after you sign your contract with them. They don't even agree upon a certain policy each member of the staff would tell you something different. Their service and internet coverage is also rubbish.
Tried calling to store to find out if my phone is unlocked or not and they never answer; or when they do answer you always have to speak to staff that have real bad attitude it's disgraceful!!
I have tried to call this shop many times to get an update on my phone which is being repaired...Why do they bother to have a phone if they never answer!!! Annoying, frustrating, angry very angry!
I signed up yesterday, staff were really friendly and patient. Would recommend you go there got a better service than anywhere else.
This store is absolutely rubbish and their staff are completely incompetent, especially the manager! They continuously lie to you, have no interpersonal skills and have no clue about phones. Its probably the worst service I have encountered in years. Go to another store.
