Wasted day

Wanted to change tariffs from py as you go to rolling contract. Took over an hour and 5 hours later phones still do not work with correct numbers. Assistant didn't seem to know what to do at times. Was supposed to all me back but so far has not.. Frustrated!!

Me an my son come into the surbiton store for a upgrade an the service I got was outstanding, the help set my phone up showed me how to use it, the staff in there was so helpful I will deffo ruturn back to this store again
