Totally useless and uninterested staff.15 minutes waiting in a near empty shop.My problem was sorted in 5 mins by the nice people at the call centre. Don't waste your time going to this EE shop.they just don't care

ee could nit be bothered

Not helpful o2 or phones 4u were better by far sorted a problem with my ee phone which ee would could not be bothered with been loyal customers for years
