Customer service is poor

Customers service is dreadful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Unable to contact

Answerphone message on all the time. Refers you back to the 150 number. No opening hrs, so had to get in the car, drive for 30 mins to find they were closed. A telephone shop that doesn't answer the telephone, useless!!

I agree.............don't bother

Tried for 4 hours to get this shop on the phone - Get an automated response - can't even leave a message - Useless.

DONT BOTHER

What a total nightmare, EE are so poor at customer service it is unreal - unhelpful un caring total let down save yourself the pain do not visit that store - or any other EE store
