The attitude of this shop is one of ...'we've got your money so we don't care any more'... and how they exist is beyond me, they fail to resposne to even the simplest of requests to ring you back, hardly anyone answers the phone, I'm sad to say but if I had my chance again I would not touch this branch with a barge pole
yes they are crap
Don't buy from this shop - I did and now realize what a big mistake I made. I've left numerous messages but they never return your calls. My tip is to avoid them at all costs!!!
Try all you want to get through to this shop on the 0845 (premium) number provided. It will ring for 15 seconds ish and then drop onto an answer phone. Poor.
