Been trying to ring the shop for about 7 days no one ever answers phone. Leave a message as they say they will ring back but never do. Not good at all.

Terrible customer service

Sales adviser tried to be helpful but the shop manager was unhelpful and very rude. EE should consider better training for staff before they allow them to deal with customers.
