Waste of time phoning

They do not answer there phone called 4 times today and has been ringing for 10 minutes each time....there better be some resolution to my phone that has been sent for for repair or they have lost a customer!!!!

They dont answer their phonr

As the others say, they don't answer their phone - ever, it seems!. Assuming its a customer "don't care"policy.Vote with your feet - I will. Well I will have to - 35 mile round trip, just to discover, probably, that my (to be) repaired phone is still not ready well after the promised time! Find another service provider/supplier!

Rubbish phone service

Like the other reviewer I have tried without any success to contact the store for advice. The service is appallingly bad.

Rubbish!!

I have tried to get hold of someone via the phone and no one is answering, tried many times. Doesn't matter what day or time. Waste of time. Can't believe some business's are struggling for business. Will give my business elsewhere.
