Problem
I have had many concerns with a staff member in this shop I have written to ee via email no response advised to call the store and then on two occasions no one answer the phone
EE, Eastgate Street- Awful Service
The staff did not help at all and I asked to see the manager but he / she would not come out. They did not sort out my problem and did not contact me as they said they would. Really dissapointed and will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity.
Outstanding assistance
On 8 July 2013, I was given the undivided attention of one of the EE team as we tried to sort out a complicated telephone problem with BT. His service was excellent throughout the lengthy procedure and I was delighted with the result. Thank you for for professional help and advice.
