It would be lovely if the cannock store actually answers their phone!!

phone just ringing out

My phone been in for repair 3weeks, been trying to ring them all day to chase but phone just ringing out and then cuts off! So frustrating as will now have to make a journey to the store. What's point of giving you a contact number if have no intention of answering it!!!
