Great service
Polite and helpful staff every time I have used the store. I think it's a little unfair to judge the customer service on the phone wait, however frustrating.

Don't try phoning them.
Difficult to comment on the staff or quality of service from this outlet as nobody ever answers their phone. Pretty poor image for a shop specializing in communication.
They need to be reined in, seriously
Interesting to find out that when EE takes on new employees the process isn't called an 'interview' it's called an 'audition.' Like actors: who also lie for a living.
