Not happy either ...
It is 8 December and I'm still awaiting a fireplace install that was purchased on 11 November. The first fireplace was incorrectly ordered as a natural gas one when it should have been propane. To make matters worse I am being called unreasonable by the store manager. Unreasonable, really? When the store has taken my money and it has been a month with no fireplace?
