The Worst experience ever
I ordered a bench in December and delivery was scheduled for Jan 11th 2013. We are now March 2013.. no bench. I called to cancel my order, I get a cancel confirmation but I still get a call 2 days later to schedule a delivery. Leons folks have no clue who is doing what - and they have the worst people working their phones - Leons, how do you pick your staff to work with customers - these people should not be working with customers - namely the lady scheduling delivery at the Scarborough branch... the pits!
