Worst store
I call no one answers,I show up which is 20 minute drive, if I find someone to help me they don't even have the product knowledge. So I wander the store looking for my item and finally find an empty shelf. Thanks a lot

I got through after only a short while and the lady was very quick to get back to me. Even though they did not have what I was looking for, the service was definately there. Thank you!
Agree, i try for days and no pick up. Today its jsut busy all day long. Also I called about a dilivery and its always comming "in a few days" Its been WEEKS and still nothing!
if you think shopping there is bad... try working there.
We have visited this TRU/BRU location many, many times in the past 2 years...and the vast majority of the time we have received GREAT service from the staff. A couple of the staff members that we normally deal with are very knowledgable and friendly!!!
MANAGERS THERE ARE HORRIBLE... EVEN THEIR OWN STAFF COMPLAINS ABOUT THE MANAGERS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!
That's interesting that people say, that no one answers the phone. Every time I've called, I get a friendly voice and a person who is eager to help!
Have tried to call this location on numerous occasions and have always had my call answered, politely and courteously! In store staff are always there willing to help too!
Tried calling for two days which was approximately 65 times and never got anyone to pick up the phone. I understand people in the store and at the counter are important customer but those on the phone are too. Especially during Christmas season hire one person to handle the phone. I;m sure just getting the question answered would increase your sales to cover off additonal help. I was going to purchase Barbie Escalade battery car from Toys R Us but because I cannot get an answer I'll go someplace else.
I just called first thing in the morning and a female picked up right away. Asked her if she could check and see if they had 2 items in stalk and she did. No complaints.
Waste of time calling the store...they are never available.
Customer service instore is far superior tho.
Absolutely agree with last statement...they do not answer their phone!!!
Don't bother calling. You won't reach anyone live to talk to.
