8 months ago I purchased a Galaxy S-4-I have been very happy with the phone-aps service. unfortunately --I do not give out my number to anyone except close friends and family--for the last 3 months I have been receiving several telemarketers call on this phone--this tells me that us cellular is "selling" my number to outside sources. this is a practice that needs to stop.
After 22 years I'd expect decent service. It USED to be good. Now its aweful. Used to be 24 hours. Now you cant even get a person on the phone. They always assign the wrong phone number as the main acct, dont bill for 3 months then nail you with a massive bill, dont reactivate your phone if they interrupt service...Its turned into the worst company ever.
A total joke .. Talking clearly and distinctly got a comment of we do not understand your answer.l finally gave up and called later.I am considering changing carriers. This is certainly not helping US Cellular
A simple question-how much would a sim card cost for a us cellular galaxy 4. So, 8 calls later to 4 customer locations in North Carolina, Sanford, Wilkesboro, Asheville. Three of the stores automatically connected me to the endless US cellular service line-the one that says you have a 15 minute wait. I even tried exensions 1,2,3 and called back, with the same results at 2 of the locations. So at last, on the last Asheville location, I get a live person, first time, quickly answered my question. Keeps this rating from a one star, but I have to ask-after 20 years as a customer of US cellular, what has happened to your customer service?
You can't get anybody to talk to you and when and if you are lucky to talk to somebody they all have a different story.
