Service at the Heath Ohio Bob Evans used to be good until they remodeled the dining room. Now, the workers have no idea what they are doing , the food sits and is cold, the service is slow and they are all running around like rabbits but not getting anything done. Why don't you send a supervisor in to show the employees how to handle the changes??? Many stopped going there because of the service.
