I just cashed in $7.27 in change and only got $3.83 back? That's ALOT more than 9% and that's the last time I use Coinstar

I was unwell on the day I used the coinstar machine, and after changing my coins (£11.00), I had to go home suddenly. I didnt realize until nearly 3 weeks later that I should have exchanged my voucher on the same day that I used your machine! Even if I had gone in the next day I would have been unable to exchange my voucher. I think it is appalling that these people have the right, not only take a percentage from the total, but can confiscate the total amount. It is my belief that this is unfair. .
Hello I was told that Google coinstar is a place where we can wire money anywhere, is this like money gram or western union ? if so what is the fee charge ?
