Customer Service
This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and a server named Anjali was working. A few months ago, it was obvious that she was just learning. Customer service incredibly slow and not intuitive. It discouraged me from coming back. In a pinch I dropped in for a quick coffee at noon and she was working again. No improvement.
