Took nine days to get an empty envelope with just a packing slip. No sweater. Have been on hold with "customer service" for over 35 minutes. Have tried their two 800 numbers and local 410 number. Finally got an answer after 40 minutes. Not sure yet whether problem actually resolved. Consider yourself warned.
I got measured for a shirt two weeks ago.When returning home the shirt was three sizes too big.I went today to return the shirt and waited 15 minutes at the counter , to then have someone else ask a question which took another five minutes to resolve.I just walked out - are the staff at Jos A Bank Crocker actually trained in how to service customers ? Doesn't look like it
I have left messages and no one replys....I would like my merchandise or my money returned...either way..Let me know
