In trying to deal with Vera Bradley Customer service.....agreed they are the worst! It takes them forever to credit items back yet they charge your card instantly. When contacting them they are not willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues which is upsetting to a good customer.
I placed an online order using my gift card number, my 20% discount number and credit card number to cover the difference. I didn't see that the gc and % numbers were applying but thought I would be able to correct before agreeing to payment. However, the next screen gave me a confirmation number applying it all to my credit card. I called VB within one minute and was told that it could not be corrected. Finally after demanding a supervisor I got an email that my order would be canceled HOWEVER my charges would be pending to my credit card for 3-10 days. Absolutely unacceptable and there's no email to write a letter of complaint to.
