Shortcut: Review and Hint Needed
I absolutely love going into rue 21 but only when Kayla is working! She's the only employee that made me feel at home and welcomed into the store! She's always so kind and has a great attitude every time I see her! She's my favorite employee!
I came in rue 21 Pearland on 8/14/2013. I walked in perhaps round 10:15. I was greeted by two young ladies upon entering the store. I came across some trouble finding a specific pair of jeans I wanted. The manager I guess seen me looking through all the jeans within the store ; approached me and asked do I need help. I said yes she went above and beyond to find my jeans by running to back and check. She didn't find the jeans I wanted but she brought back options. What Im writing the rue 21 to say is lakken the manager that was helping me had a blooming personality. She was very professional and kindhearted. Keep up the good work Rue 21 Pearland! As the upcoming school year is approaching rapidly, I decided to do some online shopping through rue21. However, the website is impossible to figure out. I went to purchase a pair of boots and I was unable to find any button to add the item to a cart or even check out now. I checked with other items to find the same result. When looking for help through customer service- all that was available was a screwy phone number and a form to fill out which in all honesty- I bet no one reads. I doubt I will ever purchase anything through rue21 even if the website would let me. Severely disappointed in this website.

I have been to the store in Norfolk on several occassions. I have also shopped stores in Sioux City IA. Your Employees at the norfolk store are the rudest and most unfriendliest i have ever seen I will no longer shop at this store I will go to another store and buy at a higher price for better customer service.
