Complaint
Hello,
I had a bad service today that's why I'm complaining. I spent 3 years in Canada no one told me that I need to have an English ID. I used to use a French ID.. I think that the name and the last name, date of birth doesn't need an English. So could you please talk to your agent Ramon and make sure that he will be fired.
