Was on hold 8 minutes. When I called back I was told they had a long line and were too busy and would have to call me back. Maybe the first person should have told me that before she put me on hold! Just said we are really busy, may I take your number and call you back? Poor phone system, no ring back, music, or update to wait time, just silence. I was calling to be put on list for Tyler Florence event and was told that it was going to be cancelled tomorrow because not enough people had signed up, so she didn't want to bother taking my name. Well if they told everyone who called today this, then of course there would be no names added to the list! Furthermore the flyer did not even say you have to call to sign up, (Roseville store told me) maybe people are not aware of that but are planning on coming. Very dissippointed!
