Worst service ever verizon

They give terrible service and always watch your bills for extra charges.. They are very disrespectful.. I never had to deal with such annoying representatives.. Seriously the worst!

Awesome!

I just finished a purchase at the verizon store in white bear lake mn and i walked in expecting to buy a screen protector for my iphone 4s. What i got was the amazing lifetime deal and super friendly service! I cant stop going on about it!

Worst consumer service

Ive been trying for over 3 months to get Verizon Freedom removed from 1 residential line in our home. After approximately 12 total hours on the phone, giving them Confirmation numbers over and over and getting new ones. The said they'd send me a voucher for the entire statement to be applied to the bill this month. I received a $50 credit that will be applied in the next 3-4 billing cycles (the bill is for $112.60).

Don't waste your time with their customer service. They are worthless.

I would advise no one to have telephones through Verizon. A totally incompetent staff who will never transfer you to a supervisor regardless of how long you wait! Customer service rating F-

Verizon Customr Service -- Awful!

Verizon customer service is staffed with zombies. Paid my bill via the Verizon web site. Didn't debit the money and said that I still owed it. The online websupport people told me the they could see the payment, but billing couldn't? She told me to pay it again online. I asked if they would debit my account twice. Oh not she said--it's in the "notes". So I paid it as she requested and guess what! They took out the exact same amount twice!!! What a bunch of clowns. If I want the duplicate payment back--I would have to get a document from my bank and it would take 17 days, and all of this was their fault and their error! The customer service people appear to be zombies who are told nothing and read from a script even when they have screwed up. I'm out the second payment but paid up for 2 months. They ought to be fined by the consumer protection agency for the way they treat people and steal money from customers.

Disapointing Service

I was sent a Thank you Card from Verizon Stating that I got New Loyalty Credit for 12 months. I was a customer from October 1997. I called the customer service. They raised my bill from $75 to $101, They stated that my business is now transferred to Medium Business even though I have a small business. they took more than 1 hour of my time and asked me send the proof. I emailed the scanned copy and faxed the card that i received. They asked me to call them back. I called after 2 days. they said that they are still doing a research and they do not have a time frame to resolve this issue.

If you want 5 days of headaches, stubbornness, and lack of customer commitment, then you've come to the right company: Verizon Wireless. Stick with Sprint--it's not worth the 4G capabilities.

autopay problem

I have been in contact with you trying to resolve a problem with my autopay. Your staff keeps transferring me to someone else as all say it is not their problem. The last transfer disconnected me. Please have an expert in the actual transaction generation is autopay, who can fix my problem call me. I am a stockholder and a retiree, from Data Services.

Outstanding!

I have never received such incredible customer service as i did 10 minutes ago on the phone with Samuel from Verizon Wireless. He guided me through removing a number from my plan and making sure i wouldn't be charged for anything surplus. He made sure he would be working on the day my plan needed the official change, and credited my account for the days this month i wont use the other phone even though the plan goes for another 3 weeks. He was very friendly and understanding of my situation and even through the unpleasantness of the event he made it so that i hung up the phone smiling. Absolutely exceptional. Thank you Samuel!

Phone out service over two weeks

I'm convinced no one in Verizon repair or dispatch service knows what their doing. I have been given three different appointments, three different explanations as to why my repair appointments were'nt met and what exactly is wrog with my phone.I am a retiree of the phone company and worked for years in the Repair Dept. I can't ever remember any of our customers being so mis-informed and neglected. Big disappointment....

Not happy

Went to the brand new store on Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange, Florida, in front of Target and Lowes. The lady I spoke with told me one lie after another, not discovered until I talked with a Verizon customer service representative. Do not deal with this store! I would suggest you go into Target or Walmart but DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Terrible Customer Service

Son lost his phone that had a cover--both covered by insurance. Had problems with the first claim--spent 2 hours trying to get through their horrible menu selections to talk with someone. When I did finally talk with someone, they would transfer me and many times to the wrong location and many times was arbitrarily hung up on. When I finally got my claim replacement phone, there was a insured case missing (not shipped). I spent another 2 1/2 hours on the phone for the same reasons. I will NEVER do business with Verizon again.
