Rude Service Person

Just called customer service with a question. The service representative asked me my password. When I said that I do not give out passwords on the phone, she laughed. Might be a good idea to have a refresher class for your reps on how to be professional on a phone call.

No useful help

Landline has now been down for 4 days and counting. Customer service could not provide any status other than "it isn't fixed yet." DUH.

so called .. customer service not so good..most of the time..I used Verizon for 25years..and every single time I had an issue with my phone...even WITH their warranty..that I always paid extra for...they would not fix my phone..I cant say I would never go back to them..i would if they would take care of their cust. service dept.. I signed up with AT&T,now.. /

Walmart Verizon sales

Poor quality. Walmart uses a third party company overseas to service Walmart sales of verizon cell and smart phones. They are a challenge to talk with and service is very substandard. I recommend buying from the companies other then Walmart for Smart phone prepaid and regular service.

lousy support

When I reached the automated menu and pushed the appropriate buttons, the response was I will connect you to the correct area. Instead my connection was lost. I was not very important, so they just disconnected my call to Verizon Support. Great service - NOT.

Bad customer service

I was talking to a representative for 30 seconds she put me on hold to check my record and never came back. Verizon might have the best service but they are quick to charge u for stupid shit and never help u solve the problem. I am very happy with t-mobile now

Dangerous

Wire was pulled out at road but traffic and all that was needed was to reconnect wire but property damage occurred . Kept tell ing story to one customer serviced rep after another for close to two hours. Still not resolved, how can they still do business here in NJ ?

Dangerous

Repairman arrived and proceeded to remove wiring and equipment that was installed and paid for previously by myself. I informed him that I had this extra wiring and box installed at second story level so as not to be cut by burglar making alarm system inoperable. He instantly became irate and combative but when I insisted he call his superviser and reinstall my property, he stomped back and forth told me he was to repair his damaged work back to how it was but than cut every wire outside the home , removed my dummy box I had , jumped in his verizon truck and drove thru my yard, the neighbors yard and driveway curb tore and sped out to the road and left! I called the cops to report this NUT and spent two and a half hours on phone trying to report his behavior and get phone fixed to no success the day before Thanksgiving. This company should not be still in business with this display and property damage!

Rude Treatment After Useless Device was Sold

Sale Rep sold me a jetpack after reviewing my account and persuaded me it will save on my monthly service charge. The device did the opposite. Instead of saving I received a letter that my monthly charges and other charges doubled what I normally pay. By that time it was conveniently 2 days beyond the return date. After a couple of months of trying to cancel the service, a staff member from the Irvine office contacted me and was very rude and refused to listened to my clarification of what happened. Raised her voice, spoke over me and told me she was not interested in what I had to say.

Horrible

Flat-out the WORST customer service of any of the cable providers I have used. Double debited our account without authorization, waited 2 weeks to reimburse us and was not apologetic at anytime during process. Asked for supervisor and was ignored, not denied, ignored. Abysmal.

customer service ?

I have been trying to resolve issues regarding emails on my new Verizon phone, to no avail. retail outlets, once they sell you a phone could care less. Trying to get technical support on the phone is absolutely pointless.

Great Customer Service

I am a first time Verizon customer and have had nothing but issues since I got my service. I would have dropped Verizon a long time ago had it not been for their awesome customer service. Every time I call I reach a HUMAN rather than the silly automated messages, and I receive the same level of service in my local Verizon store. They worked to resolve my issues....however it has not helped. But based on a customer service level, the company is wonderful!

Ability to resolve an issue

Attempted to get a refund, was told by sales clerk, just bring in your credit card and we will refund it on your card. I did as asked, and when I presented my card was given an excuse that could not be refunded because did not have packaging. My reply was we were not given the packaging,(she threw it away) next excuse was the fourteen day policy on returns. Now, we spent over 300.00 dollars on four phones, that adds up to a lot of money each month on phone service, and the company is worried about refunding me money for a $25.00 skin that never would apply to the face of my phone? WORST customer service ever. Wish I would of stayed with chat mobility.

Verison hires loser dweebs who have grown up being taught to steal, lie, cheat, and swindle..Anybody with an ounce of sense needs to avoid these jerks, and write a review.. Also, get a law degree as have I and sue these lowdown evil demons with the black heart of a criminal. Crooks, liar, and cheats.. almost all of them. Total demonic demons.

4 day old Samsung 3 cracked screen not dropped etc. No back up by Verizon deal with insurace and pay 100.00 deductible. You suck Verizon. Go someplace else rather than patronize this shit company!
