Not impressed
I made an appointment with H&R block for 2pm today. I arrived 5 minutes early and notified the front desk. I waited an hour and a half before asking the receptionist if there had been some sort of mistake. She was very rude and explained how busy they were and since I was a walk in I have to wait. I told her I had an appointment and she refused to believe me. Finally they grabbed my file clearly marked "appointment 2pm" and took me into the room. The mistake was only acknowledged by the accountant who was great. I work in customer service and was very unimpressed by the way reception handled the situation. A simple apology would have sufficed, I realize it's a busy time of year. I wont be back with my business.
