disgusted with this place over 3 weeks and no hot water for a shower and premium prices you pay to be a member here.
Still have incorrect billing!!!
It is a shame. I and my family have been members since 1995 as a Family Fitness member and continued as a member when 24Hour Fitness took over. When I called to get a clear understanding of my sons access to gyms and he is under my family plan I was told by a Fernado and a supervisor Daniel that they are not allowed to dicuss my sons access of gym levels. Cause if needed I was willing pay an increase to get better gym access They tried not to get a true understanding of the nature of my call. In fact they probabilty of lossing me as a member ment little to them which is a representation of this company. But in the end this is a multi-billon dolloar company and why should they care about one member

Better Yet NO No customer services,you find help only to collect you money!after that you get the Run Araund,and if you call be ready to spend a Looong time in the phone and do Not plan to go anywhere for a while,Just to find out NO Resolution,Wasted time and Money, Very,Very, Very, Unprofessional.
Tried to manage the account online with no success. Emailed help desk and told that I had to call the customer service center, no other way to fix the account. Called 3 times, each time I was forced to wait on hold for over 6 minutes. When the called appeared to go through, a busy signal would replace the ringing. On 4th call, after holding for 7.5 minutes, I finally reached a rep that could barely speak English and spoke in circles. Nothing was resolved. Terrible! I don't know if I have a membership or not anymore. They have my billing info on file, and I am being charged for the whole family, but they continuously send e-mails and make calls to my kids stating that their membership has lapsed and they need to pay. Customer service can't explain it, but they did say that they were making the calls and sending e-mails but they don't know why...what a joke!
I have tried to resolve financial issues with 24 hours. After two frustrating conversations, you have messed up my checking account. Now things are worse.
When I spoke with the person at 24 hrs., we agreed I would pay $21.00/month. This means the only location I would go to would be the Meyerland location.
What has happened is on November 20, 2012, you debited my checking account for $64.92. On December 20, 2012, you debited my checking account for the amount of $32.46.
My understanding is I should have only been debited $21.00 in Nov. and $21.00 in Dec. This means a total of $42.00 should have been debited. Instead you have debited my account for a total of $97.38. You owe me $55.38.
I do not have the time or the patience to make another phone call to another person at 24 hours to straighten this mess you have made.
The customer representatives I have spoken with do not speak understandable English. They also do not understand what I am saying.
Please straighten this out!
