No show no call

We were given an installation time of between 10 - 11 AM. Were home ALL MORNING with BOTH cellphones on, waiting for a call because we had told TWC we had 4 dogs, so let us know when installer arrived. Waited until after NOON, then called to find out where the installer was. The CS woman said the guy was here, described my truck and my wife's car, and said he called, got no answer, and left a message. So why didn't EITHER of our phones ever ring, even once? Now we have to find out when someone's supposed to show up AGAIN... so we can sit around all day AGAIN.

Service

The worst customer service ever.I want to speak to a representative in America, not half way around the world! I called for some information and besides lousy music and long wait time, no one could resolve the problem. Bring jobs back to America! For what we pay we deserve much better service.

DONT BUY THIS CRAP

My GOD its the worse internet company i have ever experienced in my entire life. Constant disconnection, lag spike everywhere, and sometimes it just shuts down saying its on but nothing goes through that small block of junk. How the heck does trash like this exist.

Did not get upgrades

I had to pay cable bill off then reapply to get better service rate. My friends said oh my bill is half your amount and I get more service. Someone should have let me know. Your contract is old and we have better deals. No they didn't. Another thing it is so hard to talk with a real person now days. Need major makeover. I am checking on plans of other phone companies for comparison.

Ridiculousness.

Slowest Internet ever. They have to reboot their system weekly (would be fine if it were quick, but it never is) and I don't pay to have my service interrupted that often. Never received my promised gift card. Then I sit on customer service hold for 20-30 min to talk to a foreigner who is clueless!!!!!! Or a KC person w an attitude. No thank you. Then and hr after I hang up twitter replies oh we want to help... I want to speak to someone. Clueless business that's why your average rating is 1.1. And when google fiber hits you'll lose way more customers and you know it.

Called the listed toll free number to find out about MLB Extra Innings package. No one knew anything, how it worked, what it cost. NOTHING!!!

Unreachable

Time Warner closed it's office in Bowling Green OH. Home of Bowling Green State University with over 28,000 STUDENTS...and 38,000 RESIDENTS.

Now, to disconnect service and return equipment, you must drive to Findlay, OH (24 miles away).

Time Warner, you are unreal, and I spent over ONE HOUR looking for your office...no notice that you moved or closed your office...was open two weeks ago, and now, BOOM, signs are down and gone, no note left on door for customers or anything.

THE WORST

I am so fed up these people it's unreal. First, for about 3 months our payments weren't processing and we had NO IDEA until we received a bill for $350! Now, we paid our newest bill around the 17th because they said our service would be shut off on the 18th and it STILL has not shown up on my bank statement so I called and the woman told me there was a $0 balance and a "pending" payment...okay really I paid 2 weeks ago and it's still pending? SUCH bs. Not to mention we've needed new boxes AND our DVR stops working every few days.

Worst company to deal with !

I just became a new TWC customer after having Directv for 17 years. The reason I left Directv was because trees became an issue and blocked my signal. NEVER any problems with Directv. My first bill with TWC was correct, every bill after that has been wrong, and nobody seem to know how to fix the problem. They are now threatening to cancel my service and I may lose my phone number that I have had for 17 years. I think it's time to get a lawyer !!!

WORST company EVER !!!!!

Not only is the service provided horrible and overpriced, the customer service personnel including so-called "supervisors" are the rudest, unprofessional, under-trained staff on the planet. I would switch to another company in a heartbeat, but because of the amount of trees on our lot, satellite signal is interrupted.

Twc will lie will intend ate you will still from you will harass you will ruin your good credit will intemerdate you will overcharge you will do anything to give you poor or even no service and then double in some case triple your charge then will ever how dare Twc charge you for full service on a promo after on this and then charge you for 3months of disconnected service starring you have the service at the time when you got proof no service a receipt from Twc no service returned box so they have nerve to charge you for it how dare they do that to a disable person that served the USA this is an outrage oh even charged a late fee for all three months

false advertisment

i received a postcard offer to upgrade my service to signature home service and with that i would receive a $500 gift card after i paid $100 to get it installed they then came with some stipulations after the fact so that they would not have to give the gift card then i talked to 3 different reps and they one guys name was benjermin he refused to give his last name because of his rudeness and he was very arrogant and like i was stupid and said he was the end of the line when i asked to speak to his boss then after i said i would write some one about about him another gentlemen got no the phone with crazy stipulations just to get of the gift card i have been with twc forever and i have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect the other guy bobbet said i will never find better service then what you guys are offering anyways but i am here to let you all know that im now looking.

Customer service

I just had a worst customer service experience.I wanted to see if they could lower my service cost, I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and the new customers get a better deal. I was transfer to another person and they were very rude and hung up on me. I will tell everyone I know that Time Warner is not customer friendly. Verizon here I come.

Small comfort to see that others have negative experiences with this dreadful company. Installation 'experts' are cause of many issues. Navigating 'customer service' via any means is a joke. You'd think that they'd work harder to retain customers at these ridiculously inflated prices.

Terrible Company And Service

Extremely expensive basic cable, almost 50 dollars a month, they have a lock on my area. Rude to deal with, they outsource their customer service hotline to foreign countries, taking jobs from Americans. Horrible service all around. The worst cable company ever.

TWC undertrained personel

Switched from RR to RR Turbo in Feb 2012. Download speed a bit better, but still problems. Got notice in Nov that TWC was going to begin charging for their modem. Talked with the Cust Service at Best Buy. Learned that the TWC modem I had was for 2.0 and that Turbo REQUIRED Docsis 3.0 to operate properly. Bought my own modem. MPS went from 6.8 to 19.8. TWC peersonnel were totally unaware that their equipment was inadequate to handle faster download. If you have RR Turbo, go get a Docsis 3.0 modem and a lot of your problems will disappear. Don't expect ANY help from TWC.
